Port of Richmond, CA -- Grand Opening Event: The Honda Port-Of-Entry Project

A Port Project Bringing Economic Development & Jobs to Richmond and to California

PORT OF RICHMOND, Calif., Sept. 7 -- You are cordially invited to celebrate American Honda Motor
              Company's return to the Port of Richmond, CA. The first
              vehicles have already been arriving and the operation is well
              underway. Officials of American Honda will be joined by
              Richmond business and community leaders to celebrate this
              milestone occurrence in bringing Honda back to Richmond.  The
              Honda Port-Of-Entry Project is programmed to bring in

              1311 Canal Boulevard, Richmond, CA at the Auto Warehousing
              Company (AWC) Facility. (East Hwy 580, exit at Canal
              Boulevard, go south on Canal Boulevard and into Point Potrero
              Marine Terminal). Proceed to the end of Canal Boulevard and
              follow the signs to event parking which will lead you to the
              perimeter road around the auto facility to the designated
