Lenco Mobile Inc. Rapidly Expands Online and Mobile Automotive Vertical Marketing with Acquisition of G2AA, LLC

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., August 23, 2010: Lenco Mobile Inc. (Pink Sheets: LNCM) today announced that it has expanded its online and mobile automotive marketing vertical with the acquisition of G2AA, LLC. The acquisition closed on August 13, 2010.

G2AA is engaged in the business of online retail sales and the advertisement of automotive equipment, parts and supplies. Following the acquisition, Lenco Mobile will own premium domain names, websites, software, and databases. These new domains and e-commerce-enabled websites are primarily related to the automotive industry and complement the Company's existing premium domain portfolio.
