American luxury car drivers prefer Hyundai
SYDNEY – Aug 9, 2010: Following Hyundai's impressive win in the Canstar Blue survey, where Australians rated Hyundai the No.1 automotive brand for customer satisfaction, Hyundai has scored another win in a crucial North American quality survey.
Strategic Vision Inc. (SVI) announced results of their 2010 Total Quality Index® naming Hyundai Motor Company's stellar performer, the Genesis luxury sedan, as the overall winner in the 'Near-Luxury Car' segment.
Repeating the honour for a second consecutive year, the Genesis continues to raise the bar in one of the most competitive automotive segments offering exceptional quality, unparalleled levels of refinement, impressive functionality and outstanding standard safety features.
The US based research company, Strategic Vision, surveyed 29,037 consumers who made new vehicle purchases between September and December 2009 to compile the 2010 Total Quality Index® .The annual report, which has been keenly observed since 1995, rates all aspects of the ownership experience from buying and owning a new vehicle through to performance and driving.
