I wish you to represent me in a matter of debt collection and I am prepared to pay for your services as my Agent. Know 
that we shall enter a legal agreement in regards to this, also you shall be receiving the payment from my client as my 
agent.

Once the payment has been made you shall take your percentage which I would like to be 5%, after the payment has been 
made to you and it would be reviewed as times goes on.
