SHAWN SHARKEY RE-LAUNCHES RACING WEBSITE

"New website look and added features including video"

July 5, 2010 - Team FMS driver Shawn Sharkey is pleased to announce the
re-launching of his personal racing website, www.ShawnSharkey.com. With a
new look and overall feel to the website, the Merlin Racing Chassis driver
hopes he can add news of race wins and podium results to the site with
several major events on the schedule in the coming weeks.

"I am really happy with the way the new website turned out," expressed SCS
Racing pilot Shawn Sharkey. "We have added a lot of features to the site
including a video, the Shawn Sharkey song and options for social networking
with Facebook and Twitter."

One of the newest features to ShawnSharkey.com is a video compellation that
was put together by Speedcast TV. Shot at the Championship Karting
International (CKI) Grand Prix of New Castle, Sharkey explains his story of
racing as well as well as provides highlights of the weekend's competition.
Also on the media page is the Shawn Sharkey song that was written and
performed by great family friend Tim Self.

Sharkey continued, "I would like to invite anyone and everyone to come and
visit the new site and keep up-to-date on my racing action. Also, add me as
a friend on Facebook or follow me on Twitter to keep in contact."

Along with the new website, the New Jersey resident will have a busy month
of racing action as Sharkey will compete in several high profile events.
First on the docket will be the World Karting Association (WKA)
Manufacturer's Cup event being held at the Briggs and Stratton Motorplex on
the grounds of the famed Road America where Sharkey will battle in four
separate divisions. Heading to the Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin area, Sharkey is
tied for the lead in the overall championship standings in Komet Junior
Heavy while sitting second in Yamaha Junior Lite and Komet Junior Lite. Not
to be outdone, the Merlin driver sits fifth in the Yamaha Junior Heavy class
and will look for a good result at Road America to vault back up in the
point standings.

After the WKA event, Sharkey and his tuner Wes Boswell will travel south to
the New Castle Motorsports Park facility in New Castle, Indiana. Competing
in the Rotax Junior class at the US Rotax Max Grand Nationals, Sharkey will
look to score a podium position and the opportunity to represent his country
at the Rotax World Finals later this year in Italy. Though Sharkey will
forgo the optional Rotax test weekend to compete in the WKA event, the
youngster competed at New Castle earlier in the year at the Rotax Pan-Am
Challenge where he posted the second quickest time of the weekend in the
stout junior division.

After Wisconsin and Indiana, Sharkey and his crew will travel east back to
their home state of New Jersey where he will compete in the third round of
the WSK North American Series. Though the up-and-coming talent is one of the
highest regarded TaG Junior drivers in the country, he has decided not to
compete in the WSK North American Series title chase and is choosing select
events that fit into his schedule. Competing at the New Jersey Motorsports
Park facility at the end of July, Sharkey will be a top contender for the
win in the ultra-competitive junior division.

"This is a busy month of racing and an important one for me," expressed
Sharkey. "I am looking to score some strong results and keep at the top of
the field in the WKA championship standings as well as qualify to represent
the United States at the Rotax World Finals. Come the end of July, I will be
back in my home state of New Jersey and will be gunning for the win."

Shawn would like to thank his current supporters: Franklin Motorsports,
Merlin Chassis, Team FMS, SCS Racing, P1 Engines, Grand Products, Oncology
Services International, On Track Promotions and his tuners Wesley Boswell
and Lynn Haddock.
