Scion Enthusiasts Sought for Upcoming Event in Indianapolis

Thousands of Midwestern Scion Fans Expected to Converge on O'Reilly Raceway Park Saturday, July 17 for Sixth Annual Scion Exposed(TM) Program

INDIANAPOLIS, June 28 -- Scion, the youth brand of Toyota, is bringing its annual Scion Exposed(TM) program to Indianapolis' O'Reilly Raceway Park on Saturday, July 17. The one-day ownership celebration will involve racing, drifting demonstrations, awards and a variety of Scion giveaways.

Entering its sixth year, Scion Exposed(TM) provides Scion owners a unique opportunity to gather and meet other passionate owners, while enjoying an assortment of great food and entertainment - compliments of Scion. This year's event is primarily aimed at owners residing in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

  The event schedule for the July 17 program, includes:

  8 a.m. - Noon - Event Registration
  9 a.m. - Noon, Owner Drag Racing
  10 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Drift Experience with Racing Phenom Ken Gushi
  Noon -- 1 p.m.. - Lunch, compliments of Scion
  Noon - 2 p.m.  - Car Show and Competition
  1 p.m. - Dusk - VP Fuels E.T. Bracket Racing
  2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. - Oval Laps for Owners
  4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Autocross for Owners
  6 p.m. - Car Show Awards Presentation

"We feel this could be our highest-attended Scion Exposed event ever," said Julie Hoermle, the Cincinnati Region Scion Manager. "We have more than 900 total participants registered already and we expect hundreds more to sign up in the coming weeks. Indianapolis will undoubtedly be at the center of the 'Scion Nation,' come July 17."

All Scion owners are welcome to participate free of charge in Scion Exposed(TM) as long as they arrive in their Scion vehicles. The product lineup includes the xB, xD, tC and the retired xA. All interested owners must register at www.goexposed.com by Wednesday, July 7. There is a maximum of three guests permitted for each registered owner.
