GM extends cashless ownership offer to all models

MUMBAI: General Motors India today extended its successful 'cashless ownership' offer to all its models, including the latest small car from the Chevy stable, the Beat, to provide best-in-class services and better sales.

"This is a unique offer that would provide a low-cost of maintenance for our customers. It will ultimately help us increase sales of all our models in general and the recently launched Chevrolet Beat in particular," GM India vice-president P Balendran said here.

As a part of the Chevrolet cashless ownership offer, a customer will only have to pay a one-time subsidised amount of Rs Rs 13,499 to avail of free maintenance and service for the next three years or 45,000 km, whichever is earlier, he explained. This offer covers all periodic maintenance services and repairs and in case cost exceeds the maximum maintenance expense for three years as outlined for each model,GM promises a full refund of the differential, Balendran said.

To further bolster the ownership experience of GM cars, the company has extended the Chevy pre-owned car programme called 'Chevy Ok' which is now operational at 41 locations.

GM India produces and markets Chevrolet Captiva, Optra, Cruze, Aveo, Aveo U-VA, Spark, Beat and Tavera.
