The 15,000-km Tata Nano Superdrive that commenced its journey at its Sanand plant in Gujarat on June 2 reached Hyderabad today. The event was conducted to celebrate the inauguration of the Tata Nano's new plant.

The ‘Superdrive' branded Tata Nanos attracted public attention as they passed through landmarks in the city including the Charminar, the Birla Mandir and Golconda Fort. Shoppers at Hyderabad Central Mall had the chance to examine the car and its features from up close, besides playing games related to the car.

According to a statement from Tata Motors, the Nano Superdrive will leave the city tomorrow and will proceed to its next destination, Aurangabad. The drive will conclude in Mumbai on June 28.
