Chrysler Australia Announces Personnel Changes

MULGRAVE, AUSTRALIA – June 23, 2010: Chrysler Australia is pleased to announce that Dean Bonthorne has been appointed to Senior Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications.
Dean’s most recent role was Advertising & Interactive Marketing Manager for the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Mopar brands, a position he held for just under four years.
Prior to joining Chrysler Australia, Dean spent eight years with Suzuki Motorcycles where he looked after Marketing operations, including advertising, events and public relations.
“The dedication and passion Dean has for our brands make him a natural choice for this newly created role, bringing fresh ideas and focus to the management team,” said Gerry Jenkins, Managing Director, Chrysler Australia.
“The timing for the change couldn’t be better, as the all-new Jeep Grand Cherokee is just weeks away from its international launch. It will be the leading edge of an extensive product offensive, launching locally in January 2011,” said Jenkins.
