Atlanta Motor Speedway Announces Winner of 50 Tickets for Labor Day
Weekend NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Night Race
HAMPTON, Ga. (June 22, 2010) - Courtney Kemp of Metter, Ga. has won 50
tickets to Atlanta Motor Speedway's Labor Day weekend NASCAR Sprint Cup
Series night race in the "Celebrate the 50th with 50" contest.
Kemp will host one of the most-unique Labor Day parties around as she
brings 49 friends, family members and neighbors at the biggest Labor Day
party in the USA on Sunday, Sept. 5 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
"I was definitely completely shocked to win," said Kemp. "I'm definitely
going to invite my boyfriend, close friends and family - my aunt is a
huge [Dale Earnhardt] Junior fan. I'm sure I can come up with 50. It's
still such a big shock to me."
Kemp, a lifetime NASCAR fan, attended her first race at Atlanta Motor
Speedway on Labor Day weekend in 2009. The 2010 edition will mark her
third-consecutive Atlanta Motor Speedway NASCAR race weekend.
Atlanta Motor Speedway's "Celebrate the 50th with 50" contest was the
first in a series of summer contest offered by the Speedway to
commemorate the track's 50th Anniversary in 2010. Race fans are
encouraged to visit www.atlantamotorspeedway.com/50 throughout the
summer to enter future promotions.
The biggest Labor Day party in the USA is at Atlanta Motor Speedway on
Labor Day weekend, as the NASCAR Sprint Cup stars head to the high banks
for night racing on Sept. 4 and 5. For more information or to purchase
