Avis Budget Group Receives Request For Additional Information From FTC Regarding Potential Acquisition of Dollar Thrifty

PARSIPPANY, N.J., June 15 -- Avis Budget Group, Inc. today announced that it has received a request for additional information ("Second Request") from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") with respect to the Company's potential acquisition of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. .

Avis Budget continues to cooperate with the FTC in its review of this potential transaction.
