Challenges for Robertson Motorsports at Bowman Gray Stadium;
Ryan Robertson Holds on to Second in Points Standings

Winston-Salem, NC:  Robertson Motorsports had four cars in action this weekend at Bowman Gray Stadium.   Ryan Robertson, driver of the #23 Timothy D. Welborn/Make-A-Wish Chevrolet started on the pole in the first 20 lap race in the Sportsman division.  Robertson fell back into sixth place, but was able to work his way back to finish fourth.  In the second 20 lap race, Robertson started 8th.  He held position until he was involved in a wreck on the final lap, leaving Robertson with a 16th place finish.   Ryan Robertson is only two points behind the leader in the point standings.

Bryant Robertson, driver of the #72 Carolina Wood Floors/Winston-Salem State University Motorsport Management Chevrolet, encountered some difficulties in both races with a flat tire and two wrecks.  Robertson finished the races 23rd and 21st.

Rodney Cook made his first appearance at Bowman Gray Stadium in the #36 Carolina Wood Floors Chevrolet for Robertson Motorsports.  Cook started the first race in the back of the pack in 25th place.  He finished the first race in 14th.  In the second race, Cook had a clean run finishing 9th.

Gerald Robertson, currently 6th in the point standings for the Stadium stock division was behind the wheel of the #72 John Campbell Drywall/Carolina Wood Floors Chevrolet.  Robertson had a smooth race with a sixth place finish.
