Former GMAC Senior Analyst Fran Herz Joins VINtek as Operations Manager

PHILADELPHIA--VINtek, a provider of automotive collateral management and direct auto finance solutions for banks, credit unions and other automotive lenders, today announced that Fran Herz, formerly of GMAC, has joined VINtek as operations manager.

In her role at VINtek, Herz is responsible for managing vendor relationships, as well as planning and participating in the company’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining VINtek, Herz filled a variety of positions with GMAC and its subsidiaries, including credit supervisor, business process analyst lead, senior analyst and acquisitions analyst. During her tenure with GMAC, Herz managed the insurance tracking process for more than six million accounts and consolidated the operation to save the company $9 million a year.

With more than 30 years experience in a broad range of areas including title administration, insurance tracking and vendor management, Herz brings extensive industry insight to the operations manager position. VINtek’s management team now collectively represents more than 100 years of automotive industry experience, including such pioneers as chairman Harvery Lamm, founder of Subaru of America.
