Many ASA Member Tracks and sanctioned series will be in action this weekend. Here is a look at what is happening in ASA this weekend. ASA SERIES ASA PRO AUTO SPORTS (Inde Motorsports Ranch, Wilcox, AZ) The 2.75-mile road course will host the ASA PRO AUTO SPORTS this weekend with three days of racing action on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. After Saturday's racing action, there will be a dinner and wine tasting. Racing action will be going on throughout each day. www.proautosports.com ASA INTERSTATE RACING ASSOCIATION SPRINT CAR SERIES (Hartford Motor Speedway, Hartford, MI & Wilmot Raceway, Wilmot, WI) Two states in two days will highlight the weekend action for the ASA IRA Winged Sprint Car Series. On Friday, May 28th, they will visit Hartford Motor Speedway, an ASA Member Track in Hartford, MI and on Saturday, May 29th, they will compete at Wilmot Raceway, an ASA Member Track in Wilmot, WI. www.irasprints.org ASA MEMBER TRACKS ACE SPEEDWAY (Elon, NC) Will return to action on Friday, June 4th with the PASS Super Late Models in a 150-lap feature race. www.acespeedway.com BIG COUNTRY SPEEDWAY (Cheyenne, WY) Big Country Speedway will celebrate Memorial Day Weekend with a Sunday night racing event starting at 6 p.m. The Mod Coupes, Grand American Mod, Sportsman, Super Stocks, Micro Sprints, Mini Sprints, and Mini Cups will all be in action. www.bigcountryspeedway.com CORPUS CHRISTI SPEEDWAY (Corpus Christi, TX) The Bombers, Front Runners, Sport Mods, Super Street, Texas Thunders will be in action this Saturday night. On Saturday, May 29th, its Dells Duel Part 1 with the Mid-American Stock Cars, Late Models, Sportsman, Pure Stocks & Bandits in action starting at 6:30 p.m. Then on Sunday, May 30th, DRP will be hosting Memorial Day Mayhem with Bus Races, Trailer Races, Steel Wall Crash, Crane Drop and more! Six divisions will be in action this Saturday night. The Late Models, Limited Late Models, Turbo Stox, Legends, Pure Stocks and Bandoleros will all be in action. Gates open at 4:00 p.m. with the first race at 7:00 p.m. www.illianamotorspeedway.com LEBANON I-44 SPEEDWAY (Lebanon, MO) Week two of the chase will feature Late Models, Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, and Chargers along with the Baby Grands. "The Baby Grands have always been a fan favorite here, and have always put on a great show," said track manager Brennon Willard. The last Baby Grand Champion at the speedway was Carl Edwards in 2002, before moving on to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2003. The Carget Motors Dash for Cash, a 6 car, 5 lap, winner take all "Shootout" for the top 6 qualifiers out of the heat race is back for the rest of the season. The Carget Motors Dash for Cash will feature a different division each week, with the Modifieds getting their shot this week for the extra money. "We are very excited to have this for the rest of the season", said Willard. "It is great to have a local business like Carget give the both the racers and fans something exciting like this each week." The regular schedule will resume this week with gates opening at 5:00, hot laps at 6:30 and racing at 7:30. Grandstand tickets are $10 for adults, $6 for juniors (ages 11-15) and free for kids 10 and under. Admission to the Budweiser Wild Side is $12 for adults, $7 for juniors and free for kids 10 and under. There is a $2 military and senior citizen discount for seniors 62 and over. www.i44speedway.net LONESOME PINE RACEWAY (Coeburn, VA) Lonesome Pine Raceway will be off May 29th in observance of Memorial Day Weekend but will be back in action on June 5th with the ISCARS DASH Touring Sanctioned by ASA cars. www.thepineraceway.com MADISON INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY (Oregon, WI) Action goes under the lights this Friday and Saturday at Madison International Speedway with all five weekly divisions on the track on Friday night followed by the Night of Destruction on Saturday. The Night of Destruction will feature a 300 lap four cylinder enduro on the "Ring of Fire" along with thrilling tag, train, gauntlet, and trailer races. Gates open at 4 p.m. with qualifying at 5 p.m. and racing at 6 p.m. www.rmrracing.com SHANGRI LA II MOTOR SPEEDWAY (Tioga Center, NY) Shangri-La II Motor Speedway has added a post-race party with the southern rock band Iron Horse from Ithaca to the lineup for this Sunday's "Memorial Day Madness" event at the half-mile concrete oval. Adult admission to both the race and the party remains at the regular price of $12. The five-class ASA Member Track racing program starts at 3:00 p.m., with Iron Horse scheduled to perform on the grounds adjacent to the speedway after the final victory lane ceremonies, which should be approximately 7:00 p.m. The party, with food and beverages available, will last through the evening. www.shangri-la2.com SKAGIT SPEEDWAY (Burlington, WA) The John Carroll Classic presented by IRI will highlight the racing action this Saturday night.
