Team Stargate Worlds/HVM Racing, the IndyCar Series team, is proud to announce that TDS Telecommunications Corp. (TDSŪ) has joined them as part of the team’s entry into the 94th Annual Indianapolis 500.
With HVM’s young rookie driver Simona De Silvestro piloting the #78 Nuclear Clean Air Energy/Entergy car, the team is coming off a successful weekend which saw them solidly qualify their entry in 22nd place in the 33 car field. The achievement was amplified by the fact that this is Simona’s first attempt to qualify in what is only the second oval race of her career.
For TDS the partnership is a great match. “Performance, reliability and speed are what we strive for at TDS. And delivering results. It's something I believe our teams have in common. We look forward to a great performance by Simona at the Indy 500,” comments Nick Ruskowski, TDS regional market manager.
As part of the partnership, the TDS logo will appear on Simona’s Indy car and HVM’s Team VIP Hospitality area throughout the Indy 500 activities. Keith Wiggins, HVM’s team owner is pleased to welcome this new partnership saying “TDS is a natural fit for HVM and our other partners, so we are delighted to start our relationship with them at the prestigious Indy 500 race. Everyone at HVM will be working hard to make this a successful and productive event for both TDS and the team.”
