National Glass Exchange Acquires Road Guardian Corporation

TRINIDAD, Colo., May 26, 2010 -- The National Glass Exchange is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Road Guardian Corporation of Norridgewock, Maine. Prior to the acquisition the National Glass Exchange had exclusive sales and marketing rights for the company's windshield replacement contract program.
