CORPORATE ACQUISITION OF OHIO MANUFACTURER OF CAR WASH DOORS

JACKSON, Wis., May 11 -- Rytec Corporation, the leading North American manufacturer of high-speed, high-performance doors, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Wynd Star Doors - an Ohio-based manufacturer of automated doors for car wash environments.

Rytec manufactures highly specialized doors to address specific operational and environmental challenges in industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical and cold-storage applications. The acquisition extends Rytec's reach into the automobile-related door market.
