Free Fan Activities At Dover International Speedway Abound May 14-16, 2010

DOVER, May 11, 2010: It’s often been said that NASCAR race weekend at Dover International Speedway is more than just a race, and this upcoming race weekend fans headed to the track will get to experience a wide variety of activities that will keep them entertained all weekend long.
Throughout the May 14-16 race weekend at the Monster Mile, fans can attend autograph sessions, question-and-answer sessions, concerts, performances, stunt shows and live television broadcasts, and sample the latest products in the FanZone, among other free attractions.
The following is the latest schedule of attractions at the Speedway on race weekend. More will be announced in the coming days and will be posted online at DoverSpeedway.com. All attractions are free for all Dover ticket holders unless otherwise noted. Autograph sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

“NASCAR Smarts” SPEED television taping Time: 12 p.m. Location: SPEED stage in the FanZone
Live performance by Recycled Percussion Performances: 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Location: Victory Plaza stage, adjacent to the Monster Monument Recycled Percussion finished third on the fourth season of the hit NBC show “America’s Got Talent.”
NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver autograph session Time: 1 to 2 p.m. Location: Camping World display in the FanZone Participating drivers include Todd Bodine, Jennifer Jo Cobb, Donny Lia, Tayler Malsam, Austin Dillon, David Starr, Timothy Peters, Justin Lofton and Jason White, among others.
Kurt Busch autograph session Time: 6 to 8 p.m. Location: Doc Magrogans Oyster House in the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino
Monte Dutton acoustic performance Veteran NASCAR journalist for the Gaston Gazette and FasTrack Time: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Location: Terrace Lounge at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino

NASCAR Nationwide Series driver autograph session Time: 8 to 9 a.m. Location: Official NASCAR Trackside Merchandise trailer in the FanZone Participating drivers include Trevor Bayne, Colin Braun, Brian Scott, Michael McDowell and others. Fans must stop by the location in advance to receive an autograph session ticket.

The NASCAR Foundation Track Walk Sponsored by Genentech BioOncology Time: Immediately following the “Heluva Good! 200” NASCAR Nationwide Series race Fans can register online or at the track by visiting The NASCAR Foundation display in the FanZone Participation fee: $30 online, $35 at the track. Children 14 and under are free with adult.
