DAYTONA BEACH, April 26, 2010: The GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Daytona Prototypes will test at Lime Rock Park on Tuesday, in preparation for their first race at the Connecticut track on May 31.

Overall, 11 Daytona Prototypes are expected to participate in the test, which begins at noon ET. Teams will test the facility's new 1.5-mile course.

The Rolex Series has competed at Lime Rock Park on six occasions, the first in 2000, and most recently in 2008, with the production-based GT class only.

One of the teams testing this week will be the championship-leading No. 01 TELMEX BMW Riley of Scott Pruett and Memo Rojas. Pruett and Rojas have won three consecutive races and will go for a record four in a row at Lime Rock.

In the GT class, SpeedSource's Nos. 69 and 70 Mazda RX-8s, separated by three points at the top of the class' standings, are also expected.
