PATRICK SHELTRA TO PILOT NO. 09 FORD FUSION FOR RAB RACING AT TALLADEGA

PATRICK SHELTRA TO PILOT THE NO. 09 FORD  FUSION FOR RAB RACING AT   
TALLADEGA 
Concord, NC (4-20-2010) – ARCA Racing  Series (ARS) presented by RE/MAX and 
Menards veteran driver Patrick Sheltra will  pilot RAB Racing’s No. 09 Ford 
Fusion in Saturday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series  (NNS) Aaron’s 312 at 
Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway.  
Sheltra, currently third in the ARCA Racing Series  championship point 
standings will make his fifth career NNS start and first at  Talladega on 
Saturday afternoon. His previous best finish in the NASCAR  Nationwide Series 
occurred in 2008 when he piloted a joint entry between Jay  Robinson Racing and 
Sheltra Motorsports to a 24th place effort at  Homestead-Miami (Fla.) 
Speedway.  
The Indiantown, Florida native will compete in the  Talladega ARCA 250 on 
Friday, April 23 driving his family owned No. 60 Buffalo  Wings & Rings Dodge 
Charger before turning his full attention over to RAB  Racing for the eigh
th race on the 2010 NASCAR Nationwide Series  schedule. 
The 23-year old Sheltra has three career starts at the  2.66-mile 
superspeedway in the ARCA Racing Series including a fifth place  performance in 2008. 
Currently, after four races, Sheltra enters this weekend’s  festivities at 
Talladega with four consecutive top-10 finishes. 
“I’ve always had the utmost respect for Robby Benton and  his organization 
in the NASCAR Nationwide Series,�?? sounded Sheltra.“I’m honored  and 
humbled at the opportunity to drive for the team at Talladega. Our  expectations 
are high, but there is no doubt that with a little luck we can  accomplish 
our mission.�??  
Sheltra continued, “We feel that we’ll have a car good  enough to finish 
in the top-10 Saturday afternoon but our main objective is to  keep the car 
intact and keep the RAB Racing team solidly inside the top-30 in  the owner’s 
standings. Nonetheless, we want to go to Talladega and prove that  this 
team can run up front and contend for wins.�?? 
Ben Gable will continue to call the shots as crew chief  for RAB Racing 
with Benton, serving as Sheltra’s spotter for the 117-lap event.  
The Aaron’s 312 (117 laps / 312 miles) is the eighth of  35 events on the 
2010 NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule. Practice begins on  Thursday, April 
22 from 3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. A final practice session has been  etched in 
from 4:00 p.m. – 4:50 p.m. Qualifying is set for Friday, April  23rd at 10:30 
a.m. with the race set to take the green flag on  Saturday, April 24th 
shortly after 2:00 p.m. The contest will be  televised live on ABC with 
additional broadcasting coverage available through  the Motor Racing Network (MRN) 
and XM / Sirius satellite radio channel 128. All  times are local.
