Stratus Media Group Announces the 5th Annual Santa Barbara Concours d’ Italiano Set to Run October 30th, 2010
SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--Stratus Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SMDI), a live entertainment company, today announced that it will be sponsoring the 5th Annual Santa Barbara Concours D’ Italiano (meaning ‘competition among Italians’) honoring the design and engineering of sleek and powerful Italian automobiles to take place at the Santa Barbara International Polo Fields. Fabulous Italian cars by Alfa Romeo, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Lancia, Fiat and others will be displayed. Adding to the festivities will be other Italian marvels including Italian food, music, opera singers, fashion and life style designs and other Italian surprises. A special feature will be the Mille Miglia Tributo a special category honoring automobiles that participated in the historic 1000 mile Italian road races form 1927-1957.

The Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club will be the host venue for The Santa Barbara Concours D’ Italiano. Also celebrating its 100th anniversary the Club incorporates the sense of history, elegance and tradition that will add to the significance of the weekend. Since its inception, the event has raised money for social causes while providing automobile aficionados an opportunity to showcase their vintage and top-of-the-line automobiles.
Entrants are challenged to bring a variety of specific makes and models, returned to their factory delivered state – down to the consistent manufacturing flaws. Also included in the weekend’s events are the Inaugural Cocktail Party, Children’s Activities, Commercial Exhibitions, and in the spirit of Halloween, a Masquerade Gala!
