Textron Names Vicente Perez President & CEO of Kautex
PROVIDENCE, R.I.--Textron Inc. today announced that Vicente Perez has been named president and CEO of its Kautex business unit, effective immediately. Perez succeeds Lothar Rosenkranz who is retiring after 22 years of outstanding service to Textron. Rosenkranz will remain with Kautex through the end of the year as Chairman to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of leadership.

Perez, 42, has been serving as chief commercial officer of Kautex since 2008, overseeing research and development, marketing and business development as well as sales and program management. Perez joined Kautex in 1996 as the controller for Kautex’s division in Spain, and since then has assumed various leadership roles including manager of Kautex’s plants in Brazil and Spain, customer business manager, and executive vice president of operations in North America. Before joining Kautex, Perez held key finance and sales positions with Peguform, a supplier of plastic parts to the automotive industry, at their divisions in the Czech Republic and France.
