2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR-X: Beginning of the End
DETROIT — The first 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR-X rolled off the assembly line Monday at Chrysler's Conner Avenue plant, marking the beginning of the final year of production for the automaker's storied muscle car.
The ACR-X is a limited-edition spec-series racing car that will debut this summer in the Dodge Viper Cup Series.
It is fitted with a 640-horsepower 8.4-liter V10, a race-tuned suspension and aerodynamic modifications designed to improve downforce and high-speed handling.
Retail price for the turnkey racer is $110,000.
