Opens as Authorized Mercedes-Benz Sprinter retailer in the Pittsburgh region

MONTVALE, N.J., March 24 -- Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh opens its doors as a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter dealer. Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh is now an authorized retailer of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and is pleased to offer service by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians for Sprinter vans. Sprinter sales and service functions are available at Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh's 4709 Baum Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA facility.

The U.S. Sprinter Model Line

Introduced in North America in 2001, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter has developed a successful following with more than 130,000 Sprinter vehicles sold in the U.S. and Canada. The Sprinter in the U.S. is offered in three vehicle lengths on two wheelbases with three GVWRs (gross vehicle weight rating). With a line-up of cargo vans, passenger vans and chassis cab models, it also offers two roof heights. Powered by an efficient 3.0 V-6 turbo diesel engine, standard equipment includes ADAPTIVE ESP.
