Friday, March 26—4:00 p.m.–Dark—Open Practice—Tech Opens—Tire and

fuel sales will close at 7:00 p.m. Weekend Pit Passes AvailablE!

Get unlimited pit access throughout the weekend—without having to wait for

gate to open at 10A on Saturday. Overnight camping is encouraged and is FREE!

ALL DRIVERS (except for the Texas Pro Sedan drivers)

MUST SIGN IN AT THE GARAGE OFFICE BY 3:00 P.M.

Saturday, March 27

10:00—Pit Gate Opens for Garage/Pit Passes

10:00—Tech Opens—All cars must get a 2010 safety inspection prior to entering the race track.

10:30 until 1:20—Organized "Test-n-Tune," as follows:

3:00—Mandatory Meeting for TSRS Allison Legacy, TSRS Late Model and SportMod Drivers and

Spotters

3:45—Mandatory Meeting for all THR Drivers and Crew Chiefs (Grand Stocks, Thunder Stocks, Mini Stocks and Super Stocks)

4:00—Grandstand Gates Open & Track Closed for Cleanup

4:30—Qualifying (green, white, checkered)—Texas Pro Sedans; TSRS Allison Legacys, TSRS Late Models and SportMods (followed by technical inspections and Top 6 Pick of the Dice)

5:15—Mandatory Drivers’ Autograph Session—front straightaway, any order

6:00—HEAT RACES

Thunder Stocks (8 laps each)

Thunderhill Raceway Garage/Pit Area

Information & Procedures

Wristband Required! Anyone without a wristband will be required to leave the Thunderhill Raceway (THR) garage/pit area and the race vehicle they are affiliated with will be subject to the driver being penalized to the rear of the field! Be responsible – check your crews, families and fans!

Rainout Policy – In case of a rainout, any touring series that is on the THR schedule for a racing event will be rescheduled to the next possible THR scheduled race date, as agreed upon between THR and the Touring Series Director. Thunderhill Raceway reserves the right to change the rainout policy, which could include a Sunday event or a date being added, depending on future weather conditions and the type of event.

Sign In: PRINT your name legibly on the appropriate sign-in sheet.

Tow Vehicles/Haulers cannot be parked after 9:00 p.m. on Friday or before 10:00 a.m. on Saturday (unless special arrangements have been made by calling 511-844-3582 or 511-844-3584).

Tow Vehicles/Haulers – one per race vehicle – must display assigned parking permit upon arriving.

ATVs—Insurance regulations stipulate that only licensed drivers are allowed to operate convenience vehicles @ THR ($35 season registration fee)—must have THR sticker on it at all times. NO bicycles, skateboards or rollerskates.

Speeding in garage/pit area will not be tolerated . . . SAFETY FIRST!

Children under 12 years old must be within arm’s reach of an ADULT at all times!

Dogs must be within arm’s reach of an ADULT at all times – on a leash!

NO Consuming of Alcohol in garage/pit area until all RACING has been completed! And we believe in a drug-free environment! Drivers can be randomly selected to be drug tested at anytime!

On RACE DAY, a change of a THR driver must be approved by Director of Scoring.

DRIVERS/TEAMS CAN BE PENALIZED, IF THESE PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED!

Please help us keep your garage/pit area clean and neat – trash bags available in the garage/tech area.
