The 2010 Used Car Market Report was released at the NADA conference on
Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, in Orlando, Fla. This is the 15th edition of
Manheim's UCMR.

The Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index is the automotive industry's only
used vehicle index that is both seasonally adjusted and adjusted for
changes in mix and mileage of vehicles sold.  The monthly data is
derived from vehicles sold at Manheim's 85 North American operating
locations.
