GPS Insight alerts allow fleet managers to send proactive email or SMS messages to themselves, their supervisors or directly to drivers when they violate various driving policies. These alerts are sent for issues such as speeding, excessive idling, odd-hours usage, landmark arrival or departure, and long stops. They can be made extremely specific by selecting only certain vehicles, certain times, certain days, within certain landmark groups, and in any combination.
