Feb 2, 2010; Reuters compiled a list of the 20 top-selling vehicles in the U.S. through January of 2010 as reported by the automakers.
Total sales of the top 20 vehicles rose 16.9 percent or 38,892 units to 269,673. Following is a list of the top-20 selling vehicles, ranked by total units.
