Window World Sponsors John Andretti and Boris Said at Daytona 500

N. WILKESBORO, N.C.--Window World, Inc., the nation’s largest replacement window company, announced today the sponsorship of two cars in the 2010 Daytona 500. John Andretti with Front Row Motorsports will drive the No. 34 Window World Cares Ford Fusion, while Boris Said will drive the No. 26 Ford Fusion with Latitude 43 Motorsports.

“I’m especially pleased to be teaming up with Window World and its foundation, Window World Cares, as well as Latitude 43 Motorsports. It’s a privilege to be promoting such a great cause at this year’s race.”

The No. 26 and 34 cars will feature Window World’s foundation, Window World Cares, and its charitable beneficiary, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.

“The Daytona 500 is an exciting venue for our company, and we’re thrilled that this year our foundation, Window World Cares, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be represented,” said Todd Whitworth, CEO, Window World. “Having both John Andretti and Boris Said in Window World Cares cars is an incredible opportunity to promote these great organizations to the NASCAR community.”

Window World’s return to the Daytona 500 follows the company’s successful debut in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series last year and marks the second year in a row that Window World, Andretti and Front Row Motorsports have teamed up for the “Great American Race.” Last season, Window World and Andretti teamed together for seven NASCAR Sprint Cup events as well as the Indianapolis 500.

“It’s always an honor to race in the Daytona 500,” said Andretti. “Having Window World’s support again this year is tremendous. They have been a great partner of mine over the past year including last year’s Daytona 500 and the Indianapolis 500. I’m proud to have them back at the Daytona 500 this year and to partner with Window World Cares to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It’s something that means a lot to me personally.”

Sponsoring Boris Said in the No. 26 Window World Cares Ford Fusion marks the second time that Window World has sponsored two cars at Daytona. This is the first partnership between Window World and Said.

Said’s NASCAR Sprint Cup history includes two top five finishes, seven top ten finishes and two poles. This will be Said’s third start in the Daytona 500.

“It’s great to be going back to the Daytona 500,” said Said. “I’m especially pleased to be teaming up with Window World and its foundation, Window World Cares, as well as Latitude 43 Motorsports. It’s a privilege to be promoting such a great cause at this year’s race.”
