Sypris Awarded Contract Extension with ArvinMeritor

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--Sypris Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, Inc., announced today that it has entered into a multi-year extension of its supply agreement with ArvinMeritor to provide drive train components for its commercial vehicle axle line. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
