Atlanta Motor Speedway Encourages Fans to Act On $5 Discount Ending Feb. 5

HAMPTON, January 21, 2009: Race fans have until Feb. 5 to take advantage of a $5 built-in discount for select tickets to Georgia Power Qualifying Night and the Atlanta 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway in March.

Frontstretch General Admission tickets for Friday and Saturday and Upper Champions seats for the Atlanta 200 will increase in price $5 on February 5. NASCAR fans are encouraged to purchase before this date to receive the best ticket price available for these events.

In addition to NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Qualifying during Georgia Power Qualifying Night on Friday, March 5, race fans will also witness NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practice, and a 150-lap NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour race on Atlanta’s quarter-mile “Thunder Ring.”

Saturday’s action also features NASCAR Camping World Truck Series qualifying, two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practices, and Legends racing following the Atlanta 200.

Furthermore, children ages 12 and under will be admitted free of charge to Georgia Power Qualifying Night and the Atlanta 200 when accompanied by a paid adult.
