Sports Recruitment International Announces Strategic Partnership with ASIA SPORTS 2009â„¢
Sports Recruitment International, the leading specialist executive recruitment consultancy dedicated to the international business of sport has formed a new strategic partnership with ASIA SPORTS 2009.
The partnership will see Sports Recruitment International working with Asia Sports 2009 to encourage talent identification, talent acquisition and the development of talent within the sports marketplace in Asia through its Asia Headquarters in Singapore.
Will Lloyd, co-Founder of Sports Recruitment International, believes the partnership is fundamental to talent development in Asia. “The potential of the Sports Industry in Asia is well documented but having worked within the region for the last 18 months, we recognize that there needs to be greater importance on the level of skills attributed to each position within the industry.?? Lloyd added, “the willingness to do a job is different from having the ability and with the investment in sport from both public and private organizations we hope that we can help source, develop and retain some of that talent to fulfill the potential of sport in Asia.??
“We are delighted to have established such a significant partnership with Sports Recruitment International??, said Tom Houseman, CEO of Wharf House, one of the key figures behind the ASIA SPORTS vision. “We are committed to ensuring that the business of sport in Asia achieves its full potential, and believe that investment in human capital must be part of any sports body’s long-term strategy. The fact that Sports Recruitment International shares our vision gives us great cause for optimism as we roll out the full ASIA SPORTS platform in the coming months.??
