Media Credential Procedures for the International Motorsports Industry Show (IMIS)

INTERNATIONAL MOTORSPORTS INDUSTRY SHOW MEDIA CREDENTIAL PROCEDURES

All requests must be made by November 20, 2009

Credentialing for the inaugural International Motorsports Industry Show is now available for all applicants via www.TrueSpeedCommunication.com. Applications will be accepted beginning November 2.


The International Motorsports Industry Show (IMIS) will take place Dec. 2-3, 2009 at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis. A welcome reception will be conducted from 4:30-6:30 p.m. EST on Dec. 1.



The two-day IMIS event offers individuals and companies from all facets of the racing business the chance to interact, share ideas and products, build relationships and attend seminars to improve motorsports business around the world, all while showcasing Indianapolis as the "Racing Capital of the World."



To access the media credential website, go to www.TrueSpeedCommunication.com and click on the IMIS credential link on the homepage. All fields must be filled out in full.

Once you are approved for credentials, you will be notified via e-mail. Approximately one week before the show, a media packet will be sent via e-mail containing parking information, scheduling, media opportunities and instructions as to where to pick up credentials.

Officials of True Speed Communication and IMIS reserve the right of final approval of media credential applications.
