Park Electrochemical Corp. Announces Termination of Distributor

MELVILLE, N.Y.--Park Electrochemical Corp. announced that it terminated, effective October 31, 2009, the distributor agreement previously entered into between Park and Tapco Circuit Supply. Park is not commenting on the circumstances of such termination.
