Please check attachments for the volume rates. We translate ENGLISH < EUROPEAN LANGUAGES > ENGLISH in the area of Technical, Automotive, Medical, Medical Devices, Instruments, Legal, Financial, Patents, Scientific, and Software Localization. PLEASE CHECK ATTACHMENTS. I wish to point out a few things here. Our rates are very nominal and we follow a strict delivery module. Our Resources As of today are * DTP - In - house and Contracted 5 PEOPLE (ALL SOFTWARE) - We have an additional DTP company (an associate of Vanenberg) * PROJECT MANAGEMENT - In - house and Contracted - 8 PROJECT MANAGERS * PRODUCTION CONTROL - 1 PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (Petros Dudis - pdudis@vanenberg.com) * MANAGEMENT - 2 MANAGEMENT PARTNERS (D Biswas - dbiswas@vanenberg.com / G Seraphim - gseraphim@vanenberg.com) * QUALITY ASSURANCE - In - house and Contracted - TEAM OF 6 WITH 3 CHECK HEADS (John Maxwell - Jmaxwell@vanenberg.com) * CONTRACTED TRANSLATORS - are translators who work for us on a 5 year contract and receive monthly compensation (based in-house or in their native countries). We pay them on a monthly basis (in other words they are in-house translators based at their homes). We have provided them with technology (software and hardware as needed) and access to our CRM. We have an hourly update policy. We have high level confidentiality agreements with them and they have access to our server. We visit them and arrange trainings and seminars every now and then. Adaptation (English US or English UK) - We have resources to both UK and US English. Moreover we have in house Adaptors (UK <> US) .Very few company have these kind of proofreaders. Translation process and Quality Assurance Every project will passes via the process of - Translation - proofreading - dtp (if necessary) - QA and spot-check - delivery. Your projects will be assigned to a project manager who analyses source documents and sends it to our translation team. After the translation the files go for proofreading and then to the DTP and then spot checked. Editing is done as and when necessary (client's direction are followed). Our Quality Assurance practices cover all aspects of our translation and localization activity. Our practices are documented in full detail and are accompanied by standard quality forms and checklists that correspond to specific areas of quality monitoring and improving: . Language Quality (Accuracy - Terminology - Consistency - Language Quality - Style - Country Standards) . Technical Quality (Indexes and Tables - Text layout - Graphics - Typography) .
