Strategy Analytics: Bose and Sony Merit Consumer Trust
BOSTON--When choosing a hands-free device for in-car communication, more US consumers trust the Bose brand for their Bluetooth headsets, while those in Western Europe trust the Sony brand more for their Bluetooth headsets and hands-free car kits. These findings are based on surveys with automotive consumers in the US and Western Europe. “In the US, 45% of respondents rated Bose as a preferred brand for automotive communication, while In the UK and France, no respondents disapproved of the Sony brand,” commented Chris Schreiner, Senior Analyst at Strategy Analytics.
Kevin Nolan, Vice President of the Strategy Analytics User Experience Practice, added, "Motorola was rated as the second most-preferred brand, followed by Sony, while Nokia was the only brand to be rated in the top five in all regions.”
