Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc. Subsidiary's Phase Two Testing on Cutting Edge Vapor Technology Now Complete
LINDEN, Mich., Oct. 26, 2009 -- Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRBT), announced today that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Vapor Technologies has just completed its Phase Two sequence of testing on its proprietary vapor technology for diesel engines. The test results from the second phase of testing this past week provided very valuable information, which allowed the Company's engineers to move up the timeline of when they expect the product to be ready for market. The testing was performed in the company's new laboratory facilities in Auburn, Michigan.
Engineering the vapor technology device to work over a wide range of conditions is critical to its success and the most recent test results showed solid performance over various load conditions, as well as, endurance capabilities while running the test for hours at a time. Because road conditions are much harsher than normal laboratory conditions, future testing will introduce other variables such as ambient temperature, altitude (higher elevations have less oxygen for complete combustion) and fast and slow RPMs, which is experienced in stop and go driving.
Data gathered during every phase of testing is used in further development and optimization of the device. Final in-house validation tests by the Company to confirm improved engine efficiency, reduced fuel consumption and lower hydrocarbon pollution through more complete combustion of fuel are ahead of schedule.
"The test run by Vapor Technologies this past week ran very smoothly and provided us valuable information, which will allow us to further optimize our design. We are very pleased with how our testing program is going and we are now ahead of schedule, which means a projected quicker time to market," stated Leonard Baxter, CEO and President of Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc.
