Quattro Wireless Helps Ford Motor Company Make the Most of Mobile

New Campaign Will Engage with Consumers and Provide Instant Access to Information about Ford and Lincoln Vehicles Anytime, Anywhere

WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 22 -- Quattro Wireless (www.quattrowireless.com), mobile's largest premium ad network, today announced multiple milestones in the company's ongoing work to create and manage the mobile presence for Ford Motor Company's Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Quattro has worked closely with the Ford and Lincoln brands on multiple media campaigns and ad microsites, and today announces the launch of the mobile optimized Lincoln.com mobile website. In support of the mobile website, Quattro worked with Lincoln on a cross-channel promotion campaign featuring targeted mobile advertising on the Quattro Wireless Network, as well as innovative coordination of SMS and print promotion.

Today's announcement focuses on the launch of Lincoln.com, a robust mobile website highlighting the Lincoln vehicle line-up. This expands Quattro Wireless' work with Ford, which began last year with mobile media campaigns and accompanying ad microsites for the 2009 Ford Flex, 2009 Lincoln MKS and the 2010 Ford Taurus. With a distinctive design, the Lincoln mobile site provides smartphone users a sleek interface and a fully immersive experience, including: a virtual showroom with vehicle specification, photos and video; shopping tools including a dealer locator and inventory information; and information for owners including click-to-call roadside assistance. FordVehicles.com is expected to launch in the fourth quarter.

In addition to serving as Ford's network of choice for running advertising campaigns across the mobile web and in applications and creating the mobile site, Quattro Wireless manages the short codes and the SMS functionality associated with the cross-channel campaign. Consumers with smartphones can take also advantage of the "tag" system Ford launched with Microsoft earlier this year. By simply pointing a smartphone camera at the barcodes in Lincoln print catalogs, consumers will be automatically directed to the Quattro-hosted Lincoln.com mobile site for more in-depth information; the tags will also be used to drive traffic to the Ford Taurus mobile site as well.

Rob Orgel, Chief Operating Officer for Quattro Wireless, noted that, "Quattro Wireless hails Ford Motor Company's ambitious and comprehensive effort to reach its consumers via mobile. Quattro appreciates the opportunity to be a true strategic partner for Ford as well as their agency partners to bring their cross-media vision to life for Ford brands."
