Speedway Motorsports, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of 9 Cents Per Share
CONCORD, N.C.--Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (SMI) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 9 cents per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend will be payable on December 11, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2009.
Speedway Motorsports is a leading marketer and promoter of motorsports entertainment in the United States. The Company, through its subsidiaries, owns and operates the following premier facilities: Atlanta Motor Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway, Infineon Raceway, Kentucky Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Lowe's Motor Speedway, New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and Texas Motor Speedway.
