Cinemo Announce Multi-Year Contract With Harman International Automotive Division

KARLSRUHE, Germany--Cinemo have today announced the signing of a multi-year contract for the integration of its Intel® Atom™ optimized embedded Cinemo Media Engine™ in future high-end infotainment systems from Harman International Automotive Division, a world leader in premium audio and infotainment systems for the automotive industry and the aftermarket.

Cinemo’s multimedia and streaming technology supports multiple embedded operating systems including QNX, Linux and Windows CE. Consisting of a modular high-speed architecture, and entirely self-contained, Cinemo includes dedicated audio and video decoders optimized to take full advantage of available hardware acceleration features.
