Winner of 'Ugly Car Contest' to Win $5,000 From Alliance Credit Union at Wilmington Event

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 7, 2009 -- Who    'Ugly Car Contest' Winner - with His Car

  What   Alliance Credit Union will announce the winner of its first Ugly
         Car Contest and award a $5,000 cash prize.  The contest was
         conducted over a two-month period using a Facebook 'Fan Page.'
         It enabled Alliance members to share pictures of their vehicles
         and enter the contest.  Both members and non-members were allowed
         to vote.

  Where  The presentation will be made at Alliance Credit Union's Racine
         Financial Center located on 237 Racine Drive in Wilmington, N.C.

  When   Saturday, October 10, 2009, from 12 - 2 p.m.  A luncheon BBQ meal
         will be served at 12 p.m. and the briefing will begin at 12:45 p.m.
         Both the contest winner and Alliance Credit Union executives will
         be available for interviews beginning at approximately 1:00 p.m.
         The winning car will also be available on site for photographs.

  Why    While the government's 'Cash for Clunkers' program is over, the
         spirit of helping people buy a new car lives on.
