LOS ANGELES *- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa P. Jackson will hold a press conference call TODAY, Wednesday, September 30, to discuss EPA's latest action to address greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions under the Clean Air Act. This conference call will directly follow her keynote address to the California Governor's Global Climate Summit.
