CustomerLink Recognized for Innovation and Job Creation

ROSEVILLE, Calif.--CUSTOMERLINK SYSTEMS has been recognized as a New California 100 Innovative Business by Golden Capital Network and Hamilton Lane. Recipients are selected based on criterion involving innovation, entrepreneurship, and workforce competitiveness in California from a field of more than 400 nominees. This year’s ceremony was conducted at the New California 100 Conference held at Sacramento’s Sheraton Grand Hotel where CustomerLink’s CEO, Mark Hockridge, attended to receive the honor.

New California 100 Business Innovator recognition is given to market-leading technology companies selected for the uniqueness of their ideas, competitive advantages, and their impact on jobs and the economy in California. “These innovators are powerful job-creating machines,” said Jon Gregory, CEO/President of Golden Capital Network. “We believe innovation and entrepreneurship are the drivers of economic growth in California and these Innovation All-Stars are models for our state.”

CustomerLink Systems won recognition this year by delivering Customer Retention and Loyalty services to the automotive service and repair industry with a degree of excellence that allowed the company to continue to grow despite the downturn in the economy. CustomerLink's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system reminds vehicle owners of future service intervals, provides coupons, surveys, or thank you cards on behalf of their service provider. These services allow automotive service shops to increase customer count, retain their customer base, and generate greater profits automatically, freeing up time for service providers to focus on other areas of their business. CustomerLink’s continuing success in CRM earned them recognition as one of this year’s New California 100 Business Innovator recipients.
