CLEARFIELD, Pa.--The Fullington Auto Bus Company announces that Ratp Dev has signed agreements to acquire controlling interest in The Fullington Auto Bus Company. Ratp Dev is a subsidiary of RATP, the leading transport operator in the Paris Ille-de-France region, France. RATP carries over 10 million passengers daily, over 200 miles of tracks.
