Fitch Affirms Capital One Prime Auto Receivables Trust 2006-2

NEW YORK--Fitch affirms the ratings of the Capital One Prime Auto Receivables Trust 2006-2 asset-backed notes (see list below).

The rating affirmation is based on available credit enhancement. The collateral continues to perform within Fitch's expectations. In addition, under the credit enhancement structure the securities are able to withstand stress scenarios consistent with the original ratings and make full payments to investors in accordance with the terms of the documents.

The ratings reflect the quality of Capital One Auto Finance Inc.'s retail auto loan originations, the sound financial and legal structure of the transactions, and servicing provided by Capital One Finance Inc.

Capital One Prime Auto Receivables Trust 2006-2:

--Class A-4 at 'AAA'; Outlook Stable;

--Class B at 'A'; Outlook Stable.
