Alcohol Fuel for Sustainable Living Revival Heads to East Coast
--The International Institute for Ecological Agriculture (IIEA):
WHAT: The International Institute for Ecological Agriculture (IIEA) is working with sponsors including: Ford Motor Company and Mid-Atlantic Renewable Energy Association to present two hands-on workshops focused on Rural and Urban Economic Revitalization and creating true Energy Independence using Permaculture science and small-scale Alcohol Fuel production methods. Led by Permaculture and Alcohol Fuel expert and author David Blume the workshops are being offered for the first time in Pennsylvania and New York and provide attendees with in-depth information on how to:
- Legally make Alcohol Fuel for less than $1.00 a gallon (including the permits)
- Determine what crops provide optimal food, energy and financial returns for the new Renewable Energy Markets based on locale and climate conditions
- Save thousands of dollars on heat, transportation, cooking and other essential energy needs! Run homes and transportation on the Alcohol Fuel you produce
- Fast-track new non-exportable job opportunities to help lead rural and urban economic recovery

- The 5th Annual Pennsylvania Renewable Energy & Sustainable Living Festival is co-sponsoring the Blume Alcohol Fuel Production and Use Workshop running September 18 – 20 in Kempton, PA. The program provides a two and a half-day workshop on optimized food and fuel production including: making small-scale Alcohol Fuel for home heating, cooking and transportation. Permaculture and Alcohol Fuel expert and author David Blume will lead the program. Cost is $270.00
- Tompkins Cortland Community College in Ithaca NY is co-sponsoring the Blume Alcohol Fuel Production and Use Workshop running October 9 - 11 in Ithaca, NY. The program provides a two and a half-day workshop on optimized food and fuel production including: making small-scale Alcohol Fuel for home heating, cooking and transportation. Permaculture and Alcohol Fuel expert and author David Blume will lead the program. Cost is $267.00
Both workshops feature a Friday night “Attendee Only” intro mixer, (Kempton 9/18 at the Event Grounds and Ithaca 10/9 at the Cortland NY, Ramada host hotel).
