  As consumers seek back-to-school values, Ford Focus named top campus car

With the National Retail Federation predicting a 7.7 percent drop in 2009 back-to-school spending, vehicles offering safety, fuel economy and value are high on shoppers' lists. That's why Ford Focus has been named one of AutoWeek magazine's "2009 Best Cars for College" and is making a repeat appearance on Kelley Blue Book's "Coolest Cars under $18,000" list.
