The competition starts with an exclusive race weekend on November 7th at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma. From there the series heads to Arizona to compete in a double header at Phoenix International Raceway on December 5th-6th. The finale is a scheduled exclusive double header in February at Infineon Raceway. "We are very pleased to be able to provide the opportunity for drivers and teams to prepare for the 2010 season with an organized winter championship," explained series official Ben Hettema. "Since the opening races coincide with the finale weekend of our regular season we already know that we have a good number of drivers signed up for race one. This is a great place for drivers and teams to get started as they gear up for next season. Many teams including World Speed, Richie Hearn, Goshen Motorsports, Phenom Racing Group, and John Walko Racing have joined our usual west coast based racers in preparation for their up coming seasons."
