NAPOLEON Ohio Aug 12, 2009; Jared Orzolek reported that Henry County commissioners on Tuesday approved a revolving loan fund agreement with Revenge Designs Inc., an Indiana-based car company that is seeking to market a high-mileage engine a local firm is developing.

The board approved the $300,000 loan agreement with Peter Collorafi of Revenge Designs, provided his company can obtain $450,000 in funding from private investors and provided his business is located in Henry County.

Revenge Designs previously announced plans to produce a car featuring a high-mileage gasoline engine developed by Napoleon resident Doug Pelmear of HP2G.

HP2G has located a factory in Wauseon, and Pelmear is currently working to secure patents for his work.
