Fitch Affirms Capital One Auto Finance Trust 2007-C

CHICAGO--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the ratings on all outstanding notes in Capital One Auto Finance Trust 2007-C.

The rating affirmation is based on available credit enhancement and loss performance. Under the current credit enhancement structure, the notes can withstand stress scenarios consistent with the current rating and still make full payments to investors in accordance with the terms of the documents.

Capital One Auto Finance Trust 2007-C:

-- Class A-3a notes affirmed at 'BBB-';

-- Class A-3b notes affirmed at 'BBB-';

-- Class A-4 notes affirmed at 'BBB-'.
